Interview – Andrea Freeman

Welcome to the first interview of Resilient by Design Season 2!

In today’s episode, I had the opportunity to have a really insightful conversation with Andrea Freeman, Founder of Andrea Freeman Consulting. After years of synthesizing the peak performance habits of the red carpet celebrities and high net-worth clients, she’s served in her event planning business with the mindset work that has worked in her own life/business (as well as with countless coaching clients) Andrea created the H.O.S.T MethodTM. Now she’s on a mission to help service-based business owners realign with their purpose, create greater financial freedom, fulfillment, and make a difference in the world. She’s worked with clients in the events/hospitality, holistic lifestyle, tech, and fashion industries to integrate mindset techniques, refine their business models, and scale quickly.

She started her first business when she was 12, her second business at 26, and her third business at 31. Professionally trained as an educator and leadership development coach she honed her entrepreneurial skills and scaled her celebrity event planning business to multiple six-figures in annual revenue.

Andrea shared how after 3 businesses and a lot of learning later, she was hosting red carpet celebrities in her event planning business, but felt unfulfilled and so she told herself there had to be a better way. I feel like a lot of us have these thoughts and for the most part, have a difficult time fixing them.  Our conversation goes a little deep during this episode, so I hope you’re ready for it. I really enjoyed speaking with Andrea as she was very insightful, and she speaks right to the heart of what is it that drives our business forward.
